RE Suite is a software solution developed by DEMO Consultants to support real estate information management and smarter decision-making in the built environment. It enables organisations to collect, structure, analyse, and access real estate data in an efficient and reliable way, providing continuous insight and full control over their real estate portfolios.
Thanks to its modular design, RE Suite can be tailored to specific organisational needs while automating key processes across the entire real estate lifecycle—from planning and development to asset and portfolio management, maintenance, and end-of-life strategies. Key modules include RE Onsite, RE Passport, RE IoT, RE Maintenance, RE Asset Management, RE Dashboard, RE Survey, and more.
RE Suite is widely used by professional real estate stakeholders, including housing associations, municipalities, airports, hospitals, and contractors, to enhance performance, transparency, and sustainability across their portfolios. The platform also integrates seamlessly with industry standards and digital technologies such as BIM, IFC, GIS, and AI, enabling users to leverage modern data-driven approaches and digital innovation in real estate management.
Objectives
RE Suite is the digital backbone of the INPERSO platform, bringing together data, tools, and stakeholders into one integrated, BIM-based system. It connects information across the entire building lifecycle—from design and renovation to operation and maintenance—making building management smarter, more efficient, and more transparent.
RE Passport supports the flow of information throughout the renovation process. It enables seamless communication between designers, builders, local authorities, regulators, and assessors, ensuring that everyone has access to reliable and up-to-date building data.
Through RE Suite, users can access a wide range of functionalities, including portfolio management, building control and maintenance, energy performance monitoring, and safety management. By centralising information in one platform, RE Suite helps stakeholders make better decisions and collaborate more effectively.
RE Onsite enhances on-site data collection and management, helping teams capture, organise, and use information directly from construction and renovation sites.
To address different needs in INPERSO, RE Suite offers three dedicated modules. Together, these modules create a powerful digital ecosystem that supports smart renovation and building management. The RE Suite integrated platform will be tested and demonstrated in real-world pilot sites, showcasing its potential to transform how buildings are designed, renovated, and operated.
RE IoT connects smart devices and sensors to the platform, enabling real-time asset monitoring and advanced data analytics to improve building performance.
Work Carried Out So Far & Milestones Achieved
The INPERSO platform has been developed with RE Suite as its core digital system. RE Suite provides the essential functions of the platform, including data processing, a user-friendly interface, and smart tools to support decision-making.
Within the broader digital ecosystem, RE Suite enables organisations to collect, organise, analyse, and share building-related information in a structured and reliable way. To ensure smooth collaboration between different digital tools, an API has been created, allowing systems within the project to communicate automatically with each other.
Several key modules have been developed as part of the platform for INPERSO, including RE Passport, RE Onsite, RE IoT, as well as RE Authentication for secure user and account management, RE Project Management for tracking tasks, progress, and project status, and RE BIM for a detailed digital model of buildings.
Together, these modules form an integrated digital environment that supports smarter building renovation and management for INPERSO project.
In addition, Deliverable D3.1, Integrated BIM-based RE Suite platform, has been completed and submitted, providing a comprehensive overview of the development of the INPERSO BIM-based management platform and its integration with innovative tools. This milestone highlights how digital technologies can help improve the way buildings are designed, renovated, and managed.
