AI and AR-based solutions in
RE SUITE platform

INPERSO will tackle the slow pace of digitalisation, the lack of unified resources traversing the building’s lifecycle and the time/effort requirements for data collection in pre-renovation buildings through the integration of AI and AR-based solutions in RE SUITE platform for renovation management. The platform will provide all the tools needed by owners, managers, and contractors to manage the building throughout its lifecycle, addressing inefficiencies and generating significant savings.

Low-Carbon
Renovation Models

The highly fragmented renovation and construction value chain will be attended to. In the project, Low-Carbon Renovation Models will introduce a human-centric approach to deciding and designing renovation projects, that minimise the performance gap and result is user satisfaction and sustainable behaviour.

The INPERSO Retrofit – Kit

The project will undertake the reduction of CDW generated amount, the increase of productivity, up- and re-skilling the workforce, the improvement in workplace conditions and reduction of the embodied CO2 of buildings throughout their lifecycle through the INPERSO Retrofit – Kit. The Kit will comprise of active/passive envelope systems, renewable energy generation and ventilative HVAC solutions and a vertical Façade 3D Printer, enabling rapid and efficient retrofit, minimising reworks.

Optimisation Interface

Achieving and retaining building performance (both in terms of energy and comfort) is of great importance. The Energy & Comfort Optimisation Interface enables combining personalised renovation according to user needs and providing smart systems to optimize energy demand, especially in warmer climates, and areas with significant natural ventilation and cooling potential.
